Who We Are
People
Sally Hepburn founded Hepburn Consulting in August 2025, having over 20 years' experience in transformations and change leadership.
Sally started her career in the private sector as solicitor in a "magic circle" law firm's Worldwide Projects Group. As her young family grew, Sally sought to take her passion for projects, programmes and people in a different direction.
Since 2004, Sally focused on leading transformation and complex change programmes in-house in public sector and non-profit organisations. She's been peer-nominated and won internal awards for leadership, as well as industry awards for the projects she's worked on.
Sally now brings this extensive expertise in implementation initiatives to Hepburn Consulting, offering tailored solutions to organisations that need support to adopt change - whether through individual coaching, team leadership, or bespoke consultancy services.
She is a qualified change practitioner (ProSci) and holds practitioner qualifications in Lean, Prince2, Prince2 Agile and MSP. In 2026 Sally was accepted at Birkbeck, University of London, to study for an MSc in Management Consultancy and Organisational Change.
Sally and her husband Alec live in Sussex and have three adult children, (working, travelling and studying), three dogs and a ridiculous number of cats.
